Yes. All posts are first placed in your queue within halio, where you can quickly review and approve them before publication. This process is simple and straightforward, ensuring every post meets your standards, keeping you in control, without being time-consuming.

How often will content be posted on my behalf?

The Halio managed package includes 3-4 posts per week. We collaborate with you to establish a schedule that keeps your audience engaged while fitting your business objectives.

Which social media platforms are supported?

Our managed service supports LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. We customise our approach based on your target audience, industry and requirements.

How do you ensure compliance with industry standards?

What is the turnaround time for content creation and approval?

Content will be available for approval at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled posting date. Any urgent content requests will be actioned within 1 working day.

How do I get in touch with my social media specialist?

You will be able to contact your social media specialist via a dedicated WhatsApp group or via email, whichever best suits you.

Can I cancel the service at any time?

Our service requires a minimum term of six months. After this period, you can cancel your service by providing a 30-day cancellation notice.
